What is a Biewer?

Breed History - The Biewer Terrier, pronounced BEE-VARE, are bred from the Yorkshire Terrier. In 1984, Gertrude and Werner Biewer bred two Yorkshire Terriers that were carrying a recessive gene for piebold coloration. The outcome of the two being bred together is what we call the Biewer Terrier! The first Biewer Terrier puppy was named Schneefloeckchen von Frederick! The pedigree standards for a Biewer Terrier is different than those of a Yorkshire Terrier.

LOVES Company.

Biewer Terriers love the company of other dogs and humans. My girls (insert names) are lovable companion pets who get along with all humans, including kids.
